Job Title Site Engineer Company Programming com Location Mohali ON-SITE Experience -2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management entry-level or 5 years for senior roles Department Engineering Construction Reports To Project Manager Senior Enginee rCompany Overview Programming com is a leading technology and software development company dedicated to innovation and excellence As part of our continued growth we are constructing a state-of-the-art office building that will serve as our headquarters for years to come This facility will feature cutting-edge design sustainable architecture and modern infrastructure that reflects our company s commitment to technological advancement and environmental responsibility We re looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team and help bring our vision for this recent office space to life This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a flagship project and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team for the construction of Programming com s new office building As a Site Engineer you will oversee daily on-site operations ensuring that construction progresses on time within budget and according to the highest standards of quality and safety You will work closely with architects contractors and project managers to ensure the project is executed smoothly and efficiently Key Responsibilities Project Execution Oversee daily operations at the construction site for the current office building Ensure that work is being carried out according to approved plans designs and specifications Coordinate construction activities to minimize delays and ensure alignment with the project timeline Supervise site crews subcontractors and other stakeholders ensuring they adhere to construction schedules Quality Control and Assurance Monitor the quality of work and materials to ensure compliance with construction standards and building codes Conduct site inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify that all work meets the required specifications Resolve any issues related to construction quality and address them promptly to avoid project delays Health Safety and Environmental Compliance Enforce health safety and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all workers Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments on-site to prevent accidents Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations as well as Programming com s internal safety policies Resource Management Coordinate and manage site resources including labor materials and equipment Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and ensure materials are used efficiently Maintain records of all resources used and ensure minimal wastage Progress Monitoring and Reporting Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting any issues or challenges Track project milestones and report any deviations from the plan including delays or budget overruns Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and senior leadership on project status Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with project managers architects and other engineers to ensure seamless execution of the project Participate in weekly site meetings to discuss project progress challenges and next steps Address any technical questions or issues raised by contractors or on-site teams Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or a related field Experience 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management entry-level or 5 years for senior roles Previous experience working on commercial or office building projects is preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in construction management software such as AutoCAD MS Project or similar Strong understanding of construction techniques materials and best practices Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Working Conditions Full-time on-site role Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 196 91 - 87 760 07 per month Work Location In person
