- Faculty Position Assistant Lecturer No of Position 1 Department MIAPE Function Reporting to Centre Manager Band Location Lucknow Last date of submission Key Responsibilities - Responsible for complete student life cycle curriculum delivery managing learning environments schedule adherence examinations content up gradation student performance Complete responsibility of the course at the Centre Prepare and deliver lectures to enrolled students on topics prescribed as per syllabus Responsible for content delivery of the entire curriculum Ensure theory classes internal examinations projects internal lab sessions clinical postings as per the prescribed schedule Must be well versed and updated with the subject they are teaching Ensure student success and engagement Keep regular track of the students performance progress during their entire life cycle including clinical posting Evaluate monitor and mentor students academic progress Stay updated on the new trends in the trade industry by reading current literature talking with colleagues and by other means and incorporate it in the content PPTS Prepare develop course materials such as curriculum PPTs student assignments projects handouts question paper sample question banks etc relevant for curriculum delivery student success Explain to the students by associating topics with real life course related experiences Collaborate with co-faculties to address any teaching related issues and improve student learning experience Other responsibilities Maintain student attendance records marks and other required records as prescribed Actively contribute in student enrollment registration placement fee collection counseling activities Keep a track of the student absenteeism dropouts take appropriate steps to reduce the same Ensure minimum student attendance as per Max Healthcare Education Policy Perform other duties as assigned Key competencies skills required - Independent delivery of programs Creating learning environment Develop and implement creative instructional methods Comprehensive knowledge of the information and skills needed to train the student in the relevant industry Ability to develop content and preparing teaching plans as per the requirement Make changes if required in the content for easy understanding and implementation Can engage learners identify their development needs Able to use varied teaching strategies Excellent written and communication skills Prioritizing work and activities Strong hands on experience in MS Office Should be able to work on word Excel and PPTs Should be comfortable with conducting class both through online and offline mode Strong interpersonal skills Strong process understanding and adherence to processes Proficient skills in using logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of the students Strong work ethic Should be flexible with positive attitude Desired qualifications and experience Qualification Graduate Post Graduate in trade with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field preferably hands-on experience of at least 2 to 3 years of teaching in educational industry
