ob Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch achieving sales and service targets ensuring client satisfaction and leading the team to deliver high-quality wellness services in line with Vecura Wellness standards Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day sales of the branch effectively Achieve monthly and quarterly sales service and collection targets Supervise and motivate all branch staff doctors therapists slimming and beauty teams Ensure excellent customer service and handle client escalations promptly Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs Conduct daily team meetings and share updates on targets and performance Coordinate with Zonal Head and other departments HR Accounts Marketing for smooth functioning Maintain clinic hygiene ambiance and overall client experience Review reports on sales client feedback and staff productivity regularly Handle recruitment training and attendance management for branch employees Requirements Bachelor s degree in Management 3-5 years of experience in wellness healthcare or retail industry managerial experience preferred Robust leadership communication and people management skills Target-driven disciplined and customer-focused Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
