We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Railway Tenders and GeM Portal The candidate will handle end-to-end tender documentation uploads tracking and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely submissions Key Responsibilities Search track and analyze Railway tenders E-tenders and GeM bids daily Prepare tender documentation including technical documents pricing sheets declarations forms and compliance Upload tender documents on Railways IREPS GeM Portal CPP Portal or other government tender portals Coordinate with internal teams for product details pricing approvals and required supporting documents Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines Maintain tender records follow-up trackers and status reports Handle bidding reverse auction and online negotiation processes on GeM Prepare comparative statements pre-bid requirements and compliance sheets Maintain vendor registration renewals and documentation for government portals Communicate with government departments when required email phone Requirements Experience 1-3 years in tender filing government tendering or GeM processes Must have hands-on experience with Railway Tenders IREPS Portal GeM Portal Bidding Uploading Robust MS Excel documentation and internet research skills Ability to understand technical specifications and compliance documents Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
