About the Company Practo is a leading healthcare platform dedicated to connecting healthcare providers with patients Providing a unified healthcare experience Practo offers an array of services such as online doctor consultations diagnostic tests and even medicine delivery Headquartered in Bengaluru India Practo is driving the healthcare digital revolution making healthcare accessible to everyone everywhere Role Purpose The Legal Associate will be responsible for providing legal support to the various teams within Practo ensuring the company operates within the law at all times offering counsel on legal issues and facilitating business strategies development Key Responsibilities Provide legal support and advice to different departments within Practo Review draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements Ensure legal compliance in all business practices and advise on possible legal risks Contribute to the formulation of business strategies from a legal point of view Liaise with external legal counsel as required Required Skills Qualifications Law degree from a recognized university Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role ideally in a corporate environment Robust understanding of corporate law and legal procedures Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Location This is a full-time in-office position based out of our headquarters in Bengaluru India
