About Us EARS Urban Credit Co-Op Society Chandrapur is an Govt registered cooperative banking institution dedicated to delivering ethical financial services community development and sustainable growth We maintain high standards of professionalism accountability and compliance Role Overview We are seeking a energetic and disciplined Branch Manager with strong leadership financial management and customer service skills to lead branch operations mobilize business and ensure full compliance with banking norms Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and yearly business targets Deposits Loans and Investments Oversee all branch functions loans recovery accounts audits and staff supervision Maintain 100 compliance with RBI and Cooperative Department regulations Ensure proper KYC record-keeping and internal control systems Guide motivate and evaluate staff performance regularly Manage customer relations with integrity and transparency Submit timely reports and MIS data to Head Office Educational Qualification Minimum Graduate in Commerce Finance or Banking MBA in Finance CAIIB JAIIB preferred Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a bank or financial institution with at least 2 years in a supervisory or branch management role Proven record of achieving targets and maintaining portfolio quality Age Limit 25 to 45 years as on the date of application Skills Required Excellent knowledge of banking operations recovery procedures and customer management Strong communication leadership and analytical skills High level of integrity and professional ethics Candidates with the following issues will not be considered Any record of loan default misconduct or termination from previous employment Gaps in employment without valid reason or documentation Involvement in any financial criminal or disciplinary proceedings Verification Process Includes Background verification from previous employers CIBIL and personal credit score check Police character verification Document and reference validation Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
