Job Summary The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely courteous and professional manner The role requires excellent knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and customer service as well as the ability to maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes Welcome guests take drink orders and provide recommendations when needed Mix garnish and serve drinks consistently and with attention to presentation Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age Maintain cleanliness of bar area equipment and glassware Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed during and after shifts Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems Ensure proper storage and handling of all beverages Follow responsible alcohol service policies and handle intoxicated guests appropriately Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Set up and close down the bar according to shift requirements Requirements Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel restaurant or bar setting Knowledge of drink recipes mixology techniques and bar equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Attention to detail and cleanliness Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights Preferred Qualifications Bartending certification or mixology training Knowledge of local and international beverages Familiarity with bar inventory systems and POS software Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Work Location In person
