Job Title Project Coordinator - PPC Female Candidate Department Project Planning Control PPC Location Gurgaon Reporting To Project Manager Operations Head Job Summary Sollean is looking for a female Project Coordinator - PPC to support our project management team in ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution of multiple ongoing projects The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and capable of tracking milestones managing schedules and facilitating communication among all stakeholders Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor project plans timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones Track daily progress and flag delays or risks to the project team and management in a timely manner Utilize Gantt charts and other project management tools to schedule tasks and allocate resources effectively Prepare organize and maintain project documentation including status reports meeting minutes MOM schedules and correspondence Facilitate clear communication between all internal departments vendors and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines Assist the project manager in risk assessment issue resolution and status reporting Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize assignments based on urgency and importance Provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field Certification such as PMP Project Management Professional or CAPM Certified Associate in Project Management is preferred Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar administrative role Required Skills Competencies Proficient in using Gantt charts and project management software MS Project Excel etc Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills Robust organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to proactively address project issues Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism Job Type Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current salary What is your Expected salary What is your notice period Are You located in Gurgaon near by Badshahpur Work Location In person
