Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to manage and oversee all accounting operations of the company The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing taxation audits statutory compliance payroll and financial finalisation independently The role also requires liaison with government departments and handling sensitive financial correspondence on behalf of both the company and its directors Key Responsibilities Manage taxation matters independently for both the company and individual directors Handle GST TDS and Income Tax filings returns and compliance independently Respond to and manage notices from GST PF and Finance departments Visit government offices GST PF etc as and when required for submissions clarifications or hearings Lead and manage internal audits independently ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls Independently handle the finalisation of accounts at year-end coordinating with auditors and stakeholders Oversee and process payroll including PF ESIC PT and salary structuring Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts ledgers and reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports budgets and forecasts Ensure compliance with all statutory legal and regulatory financial requirements Provide financial analysis and insights for management decision-making Coordinate with external auditors consultants and regulatory authorities Supervise junior accounts staff and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance 5-8 years of relevant experience in a senior accounting role In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws GST TDS Income Tax and Companies Act Hands-on experience in finalisation of accounts audits and payroll Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Excel and ERP systems Robust understanding of compliance statutory filings and financial documentation Ability to manage field visits to government offices confidently and independently Strong analytical leadership and communication skills High integrity and attention to detail Other Details Working Hours 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Salary 38k to 45k Joining Immediate 15 days Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Have you independently handled taxation for both a company and individual directors Have you responded to notices from departments like GST PF or Income Tax Have you independently handled the finalisation of accounts Are you available to join immediately What is your current in-hand salary monthly Work Location In person
