About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT to drive bulk hiring initiatives for technology roles across multiple business units The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT recruitment handling high-volume hiring drives and managing stakeholders while ensuring top-quality talent acquisition in a competitive market Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for large-scale hiring needs developers testers analysts support engineers cloud specialists etc Collaborate with hiring managers to understand bulk manpower requirements workforce planning and technical skill demands Drive sourcing strategies via job portals social media qualified networks LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow etc employee referrals and vendor networks Organize and lead walk-in drives campus hiring and virtual recruitment events to meet bulk IT hiring targets Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit coordinating with technical interviewers and panels Build and maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals for immediate and future requirements Track and report recruitment metrics time-to-fill offer-to-join ratio quality-of-hire etc to measure success Ensure compliance with recruitment processes company standards and data privacy norms Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Work Location In person
