Role Overview The Interior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities engaging with potential clients and promoting interior design and fit-out solutions The role requires a balance of sales expertise design knowledge and customer relationship management to deliver tailored interior solutions that align with client needs Key Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into sales through networking site visits and referrals Meet prospective clients to understand design requirements budget and timelines Present interior solutions material samples and proposals effectively Collaborate with design and project teams to prepare accurate quotations and presentations Negotiate pricing close sales deals and achieve assigned targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management Stay updated with industry trends materials and competitor activities Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Interior Design or related field Proven experience 1-3 years in sales preferably in interiors furniture or real estate Robust interpersonal communication and presentation skills Ability to read and interpret floor plans and design concepts preferred Target-driven self-motivated and customer-oriented Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital communication Key Competencies Sales Negotiation Skills Client Relationship Management Market Awareness Interior Construction Industry Presentation Persuasion Skills Problem-Solving Adaptability Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
