Job Title Accounts Manager Job Location Sahibabad Industrial Area Site-4 We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our company s financial activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Prepare accurate financial statements reports and forecasts Monitor budgets expenses and cash flow to ensure effective financial management Ensure compliance with statutory requirements tax filings and audits Develop and implement accounting policies procedures and internal controls Lead guide and support the accounts team for smooth financial operations Collaborate with management to provide insights for business decisions Handle vendor payments client billing and account settlements Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Master s or CA CPA preferred Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles standards and regulations Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP or similar Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication and leadership abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
