MIS Intern Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Intern to support the creation maintenance and analysis of key business reports using Microsoft Excel and Power Query This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in data management reporting and business analysis within a collaborative fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining daily weekly and monthly reports Support the automation of reports using Advanced Excel functions formulas and Power Query Help analyze data sets to uncover trends patterns and anomalies Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and contribute to effective data solutions Ensure accuracy and consistency of reports and dashboards Contribute to data cleaning consolidation and formatting efforts Assist in generating ad-hoc reports based on business needs Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business IT or a related field Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel familiarity with pivot tables formulas and data analysis tools Interest in learning Power Query and data reporting best practices Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills Positive to Have Exposure to Power Query or any data transformation tools Experience working on academic or freelance data analysis projects Understanding of business metrics and reporting concepts Compensation For the first 3 months you will be an Intern and the next 3 months you will be taken as a trainee and then Full time employee The compensation varies as you move to different levels For those who show very good performance will be immediately hired as a full time employee Job Type Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 2 500 00 per month Work Location In person
