This position involves working with the Architecture Team at Axium Global s Delivery Centre in Andheri Mumbai The team consists of skilled professionals including architects 3D visualisers and structural engineers with varied experience The visualiser will be creating visually appealing renderings that accurately represent design concepts helping clients and stakeholders understand architectural proposals through compelling imagery Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software 3ds Max Vray Corona SketchUp etc Produce photo-realistic renderings including interior exterior views walkthrough animations and 360 presentations Apply advanced rendering tools V-Ray Corona Renderer etc for realistic lighting materials and textures Enhance visuals with landscaping entourage and environmental elements to improve presentation quality Accurately interpret architectural and MEP drawings and translate them into 3D models Maintain organized libraries of models textures and materials for workflow efficiency Review and revise visual outputs based on internal and client feedback ensuring delivery of the highest standards Stay updated with industry trends including VR AR visualization tools Enscape Twinmotion Unreal Blender to continually improve output quality Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor s degree in architecture Interior Design Graphic Design or a related field 2-4 years of qualified experience as a 3D Visualiser preferably in an architectural or design consultancy environment Working knowledge of animation lighting texturing and material creation Excellent attention to detail aesthetic sense and a strong portfolio of architectural visualizations portfolio submission mandatory Exposure to VR AR visualization tools will be an added advantage Compensation The selected candidate will receive competitive compensation and remuneration policies in line with qualifications and experience Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate What We Offer A fulfilling working environment that is respectful and ethical A stable and progressive career opportunity State-of-the-art office infrastructure with the latest hardware and software for professional growth In-house internationally certified training division and innovation team focusing on training and learning the latest tools and trends Culture of discussing and implementing a planned career growth path with team leaders Transparent fixed and variable compensation policies based on team and individual performances ensuring a productive association
