To ensure development of Supplier Quality System through trainings and actions implemented in respective process for defect free and ontime product supply Take lead in expansion implementation and standardization of the process to all Plants in coordination with Plant Quality Managers SDEs Suppliers and customers through transition process 1 Lead PPAP Team for flawless and on time complettion of projects 2 Train Mentor and Motivate team members about process and deliverable with effective functional onboarding process 3 Lead PPAP engineers team development efforts and and facilitates coaching for performance 4 Facilitate common understanding between team and stake holders for requirements and ensure on time and accurate task completion 5 6 support the suppliers in the deployment of quality systems tools and techniques such as 8D problem solving Process Capability Study FMEA Control Plan MSA PPAP 7 Apply strategic thought process for expansion of the process to all ESA GEIS Business plants and ensure onboarding through transition process 8 Prepare and facilitates regular Management stakeholder Review MIS Reports and publish timely 9 Encourage implement Continuous Improvement culture within team at supplier end 10 Trouble shoot flawless problem closures in coordination with internal and global stake holders 11 Lead in publishing communicating progress against GSCCoE goals and facilitate improvements 12 13 Understand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on special project requests 15 Drives deployment of consistent supplier quality related policies processes and procedures 16 Drive data driven problem solving to enhance straegic business growth for deliverables and Profit planning 17 Lead various improvement projects and act as SPOC for Group customers Suppliers 18 Implements measures to improve inspection methods equipment tool performance product quality efficiency and morale BE in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering Electrical Electronics 1 Minimum 12 15 years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering Experience in working with global customers suppliers hands on experience in supplier quality and supplier development 1 Working Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Sheet Metal Molding Machining Casting Forging Welding Electrical Electronics is preferred as per se quence 2 Working knowledge of statistical tools including SPC Gauge R R and capability analysis 3 Competent in problem solving team building planning and decision making 4 Should possess the thorough knowledge of APQP PPAP Change Management 8D process and have experience in conducting taking actions from suppliers 5 robust business accumen for dealing with cross functional domains viz supplier quality supply management program management and suppliers 6 Certified Six Sigma green Belt would be advantage 7 Certified Quality professional Manager of Quality from ASQ equivalent body would be an added advantage 1 2 Interpersonal skills building strategic partenership with key stakeholders 3 Strong accoutability Conflict management and Escalation Management 4 strong team management and team development skills 5 6 Decision Making and Analytical Mindset 7
