We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer or PMC Engineer who will be responsible for managing and executing civil and interior works on-site The ideal candidate must possess in-depth technical knowledge leadership qualities and hands-on experience in handling high-end interior fit-out civil renovation and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities including civil interior MEP and finishing works Coordinate with architects consultants clients and contractors for smooth execution Ensure project timelines quality standards and safety protocols are met Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews maintain proper documentation Manage contractor workforce material logistics and site resource planning Interpret drawings BOQs and specifications to ensure correct implementation Handle technical issues at the site with prompt and effective resolutions Prepare and maintain daily weekly progress reports site logs and snag lists Ensure strict adherence to quality control and health safety regulations Assist in budgeting cost control and material reconciliation Key Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field 5 years of site execution experience in civil and interior fit-out works corporate offices retail and commercial spaces preferred Strong knowledge of civil interior construction methods materials and industry standards Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Proven track record of managing teams and multiple vendors at site Familiarity with AutoCAD MS Project and project reporting tools Solid problem-solving communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required Preferred Attributes Worked in PMC Project Management Consultancy roles or reputed interior contracting firms Knowledge of MEP systems integration within interiors Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Required Experience Civil Works or Interior Works 5 years Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
