We are Hiring Head ECommerce Operations for MDN Edify Education Pvt Ltd Location Kompally Hyderabad About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of ECommerce Operations to lead and scale our online education commerce ecosystem This role involves driving end-to-end e-commerce strategy operations and performance including procurement digital merchandising logistics payments customer experience and analytics The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ecommerce platforms B2B and or B2C operational excellence team leadership and a passion for digital transformation in the education domain Key Responsibilities ECommerce Strategy Execution Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce business plans Own the ecommerce portal s daily operations product listings promotions pricing returns and performance metrics Platform Operations Oversee product catalog management inventory planning pricing and stock availability across platforms own portal marketplaces internal LMS etc Coordinate with tech teams to ensure site functionality user experience UI UX and digital merchandising excellence Vendor Onboarding Management Identify onboard and manage vendors for educational products uniforms learning kits and digital tools Ensure vendor SLAs catalog quality competitive pricing and supply chain efficiency Logistics Fulfillment Streamline order processing dispatch shipping and returns management via third-party logistics 3PL or in-house teams Customer Care Support Build and manage a responsive customer service team Oversee customer query resolution feedback management ticketing systems and returns exchanges Ensure high CSAT Customer Satisfaction Score and low complaint ratio Vendor Onboarding Management Identify onboard and manage vendors for educational products uniforms learning kits and digital tools Ensure vendor SLAs catalog quality competitive pricing and supply chain efficiency Team Leadership Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including procurement warehouse tech support and digital marketing personnel Social Media Digital Campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to run performance-driven campaigns across Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube etc Engage with the online audience via posts stories influencer partnerships and promotions Analyze engagement metrics and drive traffic to the e-commerce portal Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Technology or related field 8-12 years of experience in ecommerce operations with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership capacity Prior experience in EdTech retail B2B B2C or omni-channel commerce is highly desirable Solid grasp of digital tools marketplaces Amazon Flipkart ERP systems order management tools and CRM software Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams and drive digital growth Preferred Skills Deep understanding of the education ecosystem and school procurement cycles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with expertise in Excel Power BI or similar tools Exposure to Shopify WooCommerce Magento or custom ecommerce stacks Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
