Safety Officer Experience 3 7 years Qualification B Sc BE DME with PDIS Post Diploma in Industrial Safety Job Profile Conduct periodical training program for awareness on safety health and environment Conduct Safety committee meeting periodically Monitor the unsafe act and unsafe condition and report to concerned section Assist procurement to procure the good quality of personal protective equipment Monitor work permit compliance Investigate the accident incident occurs in the plant and ensures the necessary corrective action are taken Arrange safety promotional activity and arrange safety competition during safety week Monitor and ensure compliance of legal requirement pertaining to Safety health and workplace Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazardous conditions and Equipment Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees including new hire orientation and ongoing training Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issues and concerns Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure safety practices are ntegrated into all operations and processes HSE implementation monitoring at sites Hazards Identification Risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis Implementing and maintain records of Safety Inspection Safety Management programs and other Health and safety activities like medical checkup first aid etc Conducting safety trainings Tool Box Talks Safety walk downs to build protected work Environment culture Maintain and submit proper reports like Near Miss Incident report safety meeting PPE stocks Safety task assignments etc Conduct Safety related Mock drill and also look after Fire Hydrant System
