JOB DESCRIPTIONv Lead and manage all MEP design execution and coordination activities on construction projects v Review and approve MEP designs shop drawings material submittals and technical specifications v Coordinate between architecture civil and structural teams for integrated design and execution v Manage and monitor subcontractors MEP work to ensure compliance with project requirements timelines and safety standards v Prepare MEP execution schedules and ensure alignment with the overall construction schedule v Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design quality and safety v Facilitate resolution of technical issues design conflicts and construction challenges v Oversee testing commissioning and handover of all MEP systems v Liaise with consultants clients and local authorities for approvals and inspections v Ensure cost control by tracking material usage manpower and variations v Lead a team of engineers and supervisors providing technical guidance and resource planning Mission To oversee and ensure the successful planning design and high-quality execution of MEP systems across all project phases while maintaining compliance with specifications timelines and company standards PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1 Project Coordination v Coordinate with architects structural engineers consultants and contractors for integrated MEP services v Ensure MEP works are aligned with the master construction schedule 2 Site Execution Oversight v Supervise daily MEP site activities Electrical Plumbing HVAC Fire Fighting v Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and safety standards 3 Planning Scheduling v Prepare detailed MEP execution plans and resource allocation schedules v Monitor progress and take corrective action for delays 4 Quality Control v Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and codes v Review and approve method statements and testing procedures 5 Cost and Resource Management v Review BOQs material requirements and manpower deployment v Approve material submittals and track consumption against budget 6 Technical Problem Solving v Identify design execution conflicts and provide technical solutions in coordination with consultants v Ensure proper integration of all MEP services without clashes 7 Testing and Commissioning v Plan and oversee testing commissioning and handover of MEP systems v Ensure preparation of as-built drawings and O M manuals 8 Team Leadership v Manage MEP engineers supervisors and technicians v Conduct technical meetings reviews and training sessions 9 Vendor Subcontractor Management v Evaluate and monitor subcontractor performance v Approve subcontractor bills based on work progress and quality 10 Safety Compliance v Ensure MEP works follow health safety and environmental regulations v Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance on site Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
