Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of internal audit engagements Evaluate internal controls identify areas for improvement and recommend risk mitigation strategies Ensure audits are conducted in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements e g ICAI IIA Manage and mentor the audit team assigning tasks and reviewing audit workpapers Develop annual audit plans and ensure timely completion Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions Coordinate with external auditors regulators and internal departments Stay updated with changes in laws regulations and industry standards Requirements Education CA CPA CIA M com or equivalent qualified qualification Experience Minimum 7-10 years in internal or external audit with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of auditing standards risk management and internal controls Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office audit tools and ERP systems SAP Oracle preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Thaltej Ahmedabad Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Master s Preferred Experience Auditing 4 years Preferred Internal audits 2 years Preferred Sr Accountant 3 years Preferred Location Thaltej Ahmedabad Gujarat Preferred Work Location In person
