InCruiter is a next-generation technical screening and talent assessment platform We are a SaaS-based organization with an interview service IaaS at its core We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions InCruiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and makes hiring 1 5X faster Selected Intern s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates through job portals social media and other channels Conduct initial candidate assessments coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication with candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups Engage in outreach to passive candidates understand their career interests and inform them about open roles Help create and maintain job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment strategies What will you need to succeed Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Robust interest in recruitment HR and talent acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus What We Offer Hands-on experience in recruitment and exposure to the talent acquisition lifecycle Mentorship and training opportunities from experienced HR professionals Note Based on your internship performance you will be converted as a full-time employee with us after 3 months Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 15 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Are you available for an on-site internship in Indiranagar Bangalore This internship lasts for three months Is that alright with you We must fill this position urgently Can you start immediately Work Location In person
