We are looking for an experienced candidate with minimum 2 yrs of experience in Graphic designing who can handle a team and has a good communication skill Supervise and lead the graphic designing team Participate in designing and redesigning designing Websites Mobile Apps Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project Delegate job responsibilities among team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline and estimated budget Dealing with the clients and be the point of contact Oversee that current techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs Support mentor and assist the team members to choose the right style attractive graphics images and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project Consult with clients on various approaches to their custom solution including Design and Development methodologies UI frameworks platforms and tools Key Skills Required A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and other designing tools Strong time management and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must Previous leadership experience preferred Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question s 1 What is your current ctc 2 Your expected ctc Experience Team management 1 year Required Work Location In person
