We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development in the Export Import logistics sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients engaged in international trade by actively visiting trade expos wholesale markets export houses and industry clusters Key Responsibilities Actively prospect and generate leads from wholesale hubs international expos SEZs export clusters and logistics trade events Identify and target businesses involved in import export activities and pitch tailored logistics solutions Build and maintain a strong client pipeline in the international freight forwarding customs clearance and documentation services domain Conduct regular client meetings understand their logistics requirements and convert them into long-term accounts Collaborate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction Track industry trends competitor offerings and emerging markets to develop new business strategies Meet or exceed monthly quarterly sales targets and generate regular reports on outreach and conversions Requirements 1-4 years of experience in logistics freight forwarding or export-import services sales preferred Robust interpersonal and communication skills fluency in English and Hindi is a must Proactive self-motivated and willing to travel extensively to reach potential clients Basic understanding of international trade processes INCOTERMS documentation and customs regulations Proven ability to close deals and maintain client relationships Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Traits Experience in B2B client acquisition within export hubs like Sadar Bazaar Narela Gandhidham Mundra Bhiwandi etc Networking skills and presence in export import industry circuits or business expos Target-driven mindset with negotiation skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 096 52 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Compensation Package Performance bonus Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Language English Required Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
