We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Lead to join our growing team This is a fully remote position for professionals based in India offering an exciting prospect to lead visual branding and design strategy for a dynamic fast-paced organization As the Creative Lead you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions that align with our brand s voice and marketing goals You ll lead creative direction across all platforms working closely with marketing social media and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication Key Responsibilities Lead the creative strategy direction and execution for digital campaigns branding and marketing collateral Manage and mentor a small team of designers and freelancers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across all digital and print materials Collaborate with the social media content and marketing teams to create assets for campaigns product launches and promotions Work closely with web designers and developers to ensure visual consistency across web experiences Regularly review creative trends and bring fresh ideas to the table Required Qualifications 9 years of experience in creative roles preferably in digital media marketing or advertising Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage design projects end-to-end Strong portfolio showcasing branding campaign work and digital design Proficiency in design tools Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma Canva Solid understanding of web design and digital user experiences Excellent communication presentation and time management skills Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends is a plus Prior experience in working with US hours Night Shifts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Schedule Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Experience working with US company 5 years Required Work Location Remote
