Contact (phone hidden) Senior Accountant - The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing key accounting functions ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information and supporting organizational financial operations With at least three years of experience the Senior Accountant performs advanced accounting tasks leads month-end activities prepares financial reports and supports compliance with regulations and standards This role also provides guidance to junior accounting staff Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting Accounting Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger accounts Perform complex account reconciliations including bank payroll and intercompany accounts Review and verify journal entries adjusting entries and supporting documentation Manage month-end and year-end close processes Budgeting Analysis Assist in budget preparation forecasting and variance analysis Provide financial insights to management for decision-making Monitor spending cost allocation and financial performance indicators Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with GAAP company policies and regulatory requirements Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit readiness Accounts Management Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Review vendor and client accounts ensuring timely payments and collections Monitor expense reports reimbursements and cash flow activities Process Improvement Evaluate existing accounting processes and recommend efficiency improvements Assist in system upgrades accounting software enhancements and automation initiatives Leadership Collaboration Provide oversight and mentoring to junior accountants and accounting assistants Collaborate with other departments HR operations procurement etc Prepare financial presentations for management when required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum 3 years accounting experience corporate hospitality or related industries Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks SAP Oracle Xero etc and MS Excel Solid analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
