- Counsellor Sakhiya Skin Clinic 1 Primary Objective To counsel patients according to their needs and expectations while ensuring a positive patient experience 2 Roles and Responsibilities Counsel patients address their concerns provide suitable solutions and make them understand treatment improvements and expected changes Ensure regular follow-up with all leads within the recommended time frame Mandatory participation in weekly and quarterly meetings Achieve and maintain targets for Patient Retention Ratio Lead Conversion and Patient Conversion Handle and resolve patient grievances within the stipulated time Follow and improve the Standard Operating Protocols SOPs set by the organization Continuously update knowledge and attend training on all services Work towards achieving overall business goals Ensure the best patient experience through high hospitality standards Attend all company-organized training programs workshops and activities Provide appropriate service-related suggestions and guidance to patients Cross-sell and up-sell treatment packages Perform regular patient calling for follow-ups and service reminders Be responsible for the well-being of each patient and contribute to problem-solving Provide guidelines for improving patient skin health Improve counseling skills based on audit report analysis Update daily weekly and monthly reports on time and analyze data Ensure ethical counseling practices at all times Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management or superiors Additional Responsibilities for Category S Small Clinics Handle all front desk operations Cash handling cash deposit and basic accounting tasks General administration and maintenance work Take patient photographs as per protocol and update in the software Maintain stock records Ensure accurate and timely reporting 3 Communications and Relationships Internal Head of Department Floor Manager HR Department External Patients 4 Knowledge Training and Experience Required Education Certificate in Medical Assisting Experience Minimum 1-2 years as a Counsellor Skills Strong verbal communication skills in English Hindi and the local language Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Patient polite and assertive behavior Solid time-management and prioritization skills Ability to assess and identify personal learning needs and pursue continuous improvement Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
