We are hiring for Bangalore for Multiple Positions in an NGO 1 Placement Officer 2 Training Officer 3 Mobilization Officer Interested candidates can share their CV at kalpana d magicbusindia org Role Placement Officer Build strong relationships with employers training partners and education institutions ensuring effective referral placement and monitoring systems are in place for youth Support youth during their self-development and skills training ensuring trainees are placed in positive outcomes and placements are successful Minimum 1 year of experience is required in relevant field Role Training Officer Deliver a structured induction programme to each group of youth starting on the Livelihoods programme Conduct training- Induction Life skills core and workplace readiness skills Lead all training in the district for the Magic Bus Livelihoods programme which delivers skill training to youth and supports them into jobs and further education placements Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and youth receive consistent messages throughout all training interventions Minimum 2 years of experience is required in the relevant field Role Mobilization Officer Organising mobilisation drives while supporting the Community Resource Persons CRP in their outreach work in the respective clusters Strategizing the outreach plan for mobilization of 4-5 Clusters targeting 750 youth adults during the project duration Facilitate on boarding of the mobilised youth adult in the technology platform who fulfils the eligibility criteria and ensure that the documentary validation is in place Support programme participants to navigate through the technology platform and finish the end to end process so that they are directed towards the next step Engagement with youth to identify their aspirations skill set and competence and facilitate the end-to-end journey Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
