Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc ACT is a global Fortune 200 company a leader in the convenience store fuel space with over 16 800 stores globally It has a footprint across 31 countries territories At the Circle K Business Centre in India ACT company we are OneTeam leveraging transformation and operations together to strengthen our global capabilities Our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence set up in Gurugram India aims to build a world-class team that will focus on solving our global procurement challenges every day in terms of operations as well as transformation requirements We are looking for a highly skilled motivated Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence CoE in Gurugram This position offers an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to lead sourcing projects independently and bring value to the organization within IT spend category The Senior Sourcing Specialist will also drive continuous improvements as well as help streamline the ways of working across the globe while always collaborating with global stakeholders in a dynamic data-driven workplace This role needs to be detail-oriented and proactive to oversee and ensure adherence to procurement policies and business metrics within our Fuel Retail operations The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in sourcing procurement processes excellence frameworks and risk management ensuring that all purchasing activities align with company standards and industry regulations Roles Responsibilities Execute sourcing strategies for IT services and professional services categories in alignment with organizational goals Conduct market research supplier benchmarking and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities Manage sourcing processes including RFP RFQ preparation supplier evaluation and contract execution Collaborate with IT Finance Legal and business stakeholders to ensure procurement activities support technology roadmaps and compliance requirements Support commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms Assist in managing the contract lifecycle and maintaining accurate documentation Track and report savings value delivery and procurement KPIs Job Requirements Bachelor s degree Supply Chain Engineering IT or related field 7-8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing preferably in IT hardware software telecom and professional services Strong understanding of IT hardware software licensing telecom services and professional services procurement Experience with RFP RFQ processes supplier negotiations and contract management Procurement certifications e g CIPS or IT-related credentials are a plus Additional Qualifications Sourcing execution supplier management negotiation contract administration Analytical skills stakeholder engagement communication and problem-solving Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Power BI desirable Why Join Us Opportunity to shape the future of our global IT strategy Collaborative and inclusive work environment Professional development and growth opportunities LI-DS1
