We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction site activities ensuring that projects are executed efficiently safely and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge leadership skills and hands-on experience in civil construction works Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out as per drawings specifications and safety standards Coordinate with contractors laborers and subcontractors for timely project completion Monitor progress maintain daily work reports and update project timelines Ensure proper utilization of manpower materials and equipment at the site Review and interpret civil drawings BOQs and technical documents Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards Manage site inspections resolve technical issues and liaise with project engineers and consultants Maintain site safety housekeeping and adherence to environmental regulations Support in preparing site measurement sheets and assisting in billing and documentation work Required Qualifications Skills Education Diploma or B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building infrastructure or civil construction projects Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles materials and methods Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings Good leadership and team management skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management software preferred Excellent communication Tamil mandatory and problem-solving skills Working Conditions Site-based role frequent field supervision required May require extended working hours depending on project deadlines Salary Perks Salary 20 000 - 30 000 per month based on experience and performance Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
