Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect Consultant to join our team and support the planning design and execution of architectural projects The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on design strategies regulatory compliance materials selection and project coordination This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles project lifecycle and stakeholder collaboration to deliver innovative and functional design solutions Key Responsibilities o Collaborate with clients to assess project needs design objectives and feasibility o Develop conceptual and schematic designs aligned with project requirements and brand identity o Provide expert guidance on architectural design materials sustainability and building systems o Review and enhance existing architectural plans for functionality aesthetics and compliance o Ensure adherence to building codes zoning laws accessibility standards and safety regulations o Coordinate with engineers interior designers contractors and consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs o Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate progress and resolve design or construction issues o Support project documentation including design reports drawings specifications and presentation materials o Advise on cost estimation timelines and resource planning o Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
