Position BioMedical Engineer Experience 1 to 5 years Location Kudasan Gandhinagar Reporting To Head of Biomedical Technical Manager Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer Executive to manage maintain and support biomedical equipment in hospitals clinics and healthcare facilities The candidate will ensure the proper functioning of medical devices provide technical support and coordinate with sales or procurement teams for new equipment Key Responsibilities Equipment Management Maintenance Install test and commission biomedical equipment in hospitals and clinics Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of medical devices Diagnose and repair faulty equipment ensuring minimal downtime Maintain detailed logs of maintenance repairs and service schedules Technical Support Training Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to hospital staff Conduct training sessions for hospital personnel on safe and effective use of equipment Procurement Sales Support if applicable Assist the sales team in product demonstrations quotations and tender submissions Evaluate recent equipment for suitability and cost-effectiveness Regulatory Compliance Safety Ensure biomedical devices meet all regulatory and safety standards Maintain documentation for audits and inspections by healthcare authorities Reporting Coordination Prepare technical reports on equipment performance maintenance and repair activities Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal teams for spare parts and technical support Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering Electronics Mechanical or related field 2-5 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance service or technical sales Familiarity with hospital operations medical devices and regulatory standards Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and troubleshooting Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with medical staff Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Performance Metrics Equipment uptime and minimal downtime due to maintenance or repairs Timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules Client satisfaction and feedback from hospital staff Support in successful sales or tender bids if involved in sales Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
