Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Maintenance to join our team in Delhi NCR Gurgaon and Delhi As a key member of our maintenance team you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities ensuring equipment uptime and leading a team of technicians Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities repairs and shutdowns to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability - Lead a team of maintenance technicians providing guidance training and support as needed - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules procedures and standards - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions - Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime - Manage and control maintenance inventory ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste - Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and industry standards Requirements - Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation or related field - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in maintenance or a related field - Proven experience in leading a team of technicians and managing maintenance activities - Strong knowledge of maintenance principles practices and procedures - Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills What We Offer - Competitive salary range CTC 25 000 - 30 000 per month - 9-hour shift Day Night in Delhi NCR Gurgaon and Delhi If you re a motivated and experienced maintenance skilled looking for a challenging role apply now Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
