Senior Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing Agency Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who can independently handle multiple brands and deliver creative digital content consistently The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual abilities excellent design skills and the capability to manage quick-paced monthly deliverables Key Responsibilities Handle 4-5 brands per month ensuring consistent quality and timely creative output Create monthly deliverables including 30 Stories per brand 15 Posts per brand 8 Reels per brand concept design basic motion edits Develop digital creatives for social media ads emails websites and marketing campaigns Work on branding projects including logo design brand identity and guidelines Collaborate with content social media and marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand communication Provide creative direction and review work of junior designers if applicable Maintain visual consistency across all client brands Stay updated with digital trends design tools and modern creative styles Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced agency environment Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or related field 4-6 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Canva and other digital tools Strong sense of typography layout composition and color theory Experience in reels motion graphics video editing and branding is preferred Excellent communication creativity and problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership of multiple brand deliverables and deliver within deadlines Work Schedule Timing 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Working Days 6 days a week Must be comfortable working with monthly brand calendars and rapid turnaround times Personal Attributes Creative proactive and detail-oriented Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple brands efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to innovate Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 9 months Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
