Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong recruitment experience to join our team The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end hiring processes coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Key Responsibilities1 Recruitment Talent Acquisition Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and internal databases Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job criteria Conduct telephonic video and face-to-face interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback Maintain and update candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Handle bulk hiring and niche hiring as required 2 Onboarding Documentation Manage complete onboarding process for selected candidates Verify documents collect required forms and prepare offer letters Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies 3 Coordination Communication Act as a point of contact between candidates and managers Maintain strong qualified communication and follow-up throughout the hiring cycle Provide weekly recruitment reports and hiring status updates 4 HR Operations Basic Assist in attendance management employee engagement and basic HR administrative tasks Support HR team in day-to-day operational work when required Required Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment staffing agency experience is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of job portals Naukri Indeed Shine LinkedIn etc Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong sourcing and screening abilities Basic understanding of HR operations and documentation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience HR Executive 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
