We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled ICU Nurse to join our critical care team In this role you will provide intensive nursing care to critically ill patients requiring constant monitoring and support The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment advanced technical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a rapid-paced environment ICU Nurse Responsibilities and Duties Continuously assess monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition Administer medications and manage intravenous infusions including titration of critical drips Operate and monitor life-support equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform necessary interventions Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and provide emotional support Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations ICU Nurse Qualifications and Skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using electronic medical records and medical equipment Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
