About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Civil Engineer to join our team in Hisar The candidate will assist in site supervision quality checks planning and day-to-day project coordination This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction and site management Key Responsibilities Assist in site supervision and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications Monitor daily site activities and update project progress reports Coordinate with contractors vendors and site workers Perform quality checks for materials and construction work Support in preparing estimates measurements and basic documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards at the site Assist senior engineers in planning scheduling and project execution Skills Required Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering principles materials and construction processes Ability to read technical drawings and site plans Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and work at construction sites Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of MS Excel Word and AutoCAD preferred Who Can Apply Fresh B Tech or Diploma Civil Engineering graduates Job Type Full-time Pay 7 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
