Tele caller Position Overview The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls generating leads following up with customers and providing information about products services The role includes maintaining call records ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting the sales team with communication support Outbound Calling Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products services offers and pricing Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up on previous inquiries and maintain regular customer engagement Inbound Call Handling Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Manage order-related inquiries complaints and service requests Record details of customer interactions and solutions provided 3 Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication Keep track of customer preferences special orders and purchase history Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally Job Types Part time Permanent Pay 3 000 00 - 5 000 00 per month Expected hours No more than 6 per week Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
