Location Chennai Job Type Full-time Day Shift Mon-Fri Salary 15 000 - 25 000 per month About the Role We are hiring a Search Optimization Specialist to strengthen our online presence and drive consistent organic growth In this role you will focus on improving search rankings boosting website traffic and enhancing digital visibility across all platforms If you have a passion for SEO data insights and digital strategy this position is perfect for you Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value relevant terms for SEO and content planning Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags URLs header tags and internal links Improve website pages including landing pages blogs and service descriptions for SEO and user experience Monitor website performance using Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush etc Generate regular reports on keyword rankings traffic leads and organic growth metrics Identify and fix technical SEO issues in collaboration with the development team Track industry changes algorithm updates and SEO best practices Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities Work closely with content and design teams to plan SEO-aligned blogs creatives and marketing campaigns Manage off-page SEO activities such as backlink building directory submissions and local listings Support paid marketing initiatives by providing keyword insights and improving landing page performance Execute local SEO strategies to boost visibility in region-based and geo-targeted searches Assist with email marketing social media promotions and digital campaign tracking Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Mass Communication Computer Science or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing roles Hands-on experience with SEO tools Google Analytics GSC SEMrush Ahrefs Ubersuggest Knowledge of digital ad platforms Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of technical SEO on-page off-page SEO and content optimization Proficiency in WordPress MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
