JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with over 12 years of expertise in software development The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable backend solutions using Java technologies As a Senior Java Backend Developer you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and optimize application performance Required qualifications capabilities and skills Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java with a focus on scalability and performance Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability Collaborate with product managers designers and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills Robust proficiency in Java Spring Boot framework and AWS environments Extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture and RESTful APIs Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements A knack for benchmarking and optimization Basic Knowledge on React would be an added advantage Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders product owners designers and platform teams ABOUT US
