PYP Coordinator Position PYP Coordinator Location Kolkata Qualification B Ed IB PYP certification preferred Experience 5-7 years with experience in IB PYP curriculum Salary Range 80 000 - 1 00 000 per month Gender Preference Female About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate PYP Coordinator to lead the Primary Years Programme PYP in our school The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IB framework excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor teachers while ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme PYP Guide teachers in planning designing and delivering inquiry-based learning Facilitate collaborative planning meetings and ensure IB standards are met Organize professional development and training for PYP staff Ensure alignment of curriculum assessment and pedagogy with IB requirements Act as the liaison between the school and the IB organization Support the development of students holistic growth inquiry and international-mindedness Prepare documentation and reports for IB authorization and evaluation visits Engage with parents and the school community to promote the PYP philosophy Required Skills Competencies In-depth knowledge of the IB PYP framework and philosophy Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire teachers and students toward inquiry-based learning Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation Job Type Full time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
