- Architect Position Architect Company Vedha Architects Group Location Cochin Type Full-time Role Definition The Architect at Vedha Architects Group will be responsible for designing detailing and delivering architectural solutions for showroom office residential and turnkey projects This role requires creative conceptualization technical precision and strong collaboration with design and site teams to ensure that every project reflects our client s brand identity and vision while being executed seamlessly Role Deliverables 1 Concept Design Development Understand client briefs business requirements and brand identity Create concept layouts mood boards and design schemes tailored to project goals Develop detailed architectural drawings 3D models and renders 2 Technical Documentation Prepare working drawings GFC Good for Construction drawings and BOQs Coordinate with consultants MEP structural services for integration into design Ensure designs comply with building codes regulations and site conditions 3 Client Team Coordination Present design concepts and modifications to clients for approvals Work closely with the creative head technical design team and 3D visualizers Collaborate with the site execution team for smooth design implementation 4 Project Execution Support Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent Resolve on-site design issues and adapt solutions as needed Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are aligned with execution schedules 5 Quality Innovation Bring innovative design solutions to enhance space utility aesthetics and branding Ensure high-quality detailing and finishing standards Stay updated with design trends materials and technology in retail and interiors Brief At Vedha Architects Group our Architects don t just design spaces they architect experiences The role demands balancing creativity with functionality ensuring every showroom office or residence speaks the client s brand language From ideation to execution the Architect ensures that the vision is translated into reality with technical accuracy and design excellence Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s in Architecture 1-5 years of experience in retail interiors or architectural projects Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Lumion Enscape Photoshop Understanding of building materials finishes and construction methods Excellent presentation communication and client-handling skills Ability to balance creativity practicality and project timelines Job Type Full time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
