We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization as Vice President - Projects in the Pharmaceutical EPC MEP and Turnkey Projects sector Lead the overall planning execution and delivery of EPC MEP and turnkey pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion Oversee project budgeting scheduling resource allocation and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering procurement construction and quality assurance to achieve project milestones Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants vendors and contractors Review technical drawings specifications BOQs and shop drawings for MEP works Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety standards and industry best practices Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure effective problem resolution during project execution Drive innovation process improvements and adoption of new technologies in project management Mentor and guide project managers and team members to achieve high performance and qualified growth Conduct regular quality checks raise RFIs and ensure compliance with standards and specifications Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants clients and vendors Identify design discrepancies and initiate technical clarifications Assist in testing commissioning and handover of Project systems Qualifications Experience B E B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 10 or More than 10 years of experience in EPC MEP project execution preferably in industrial commercial pharma projects Exposure to site execution coordination and vendor client communication Proven track record of successfully delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
