We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects and oversee visual content across digital and print platforms The ideal candidate has strong creative vision excellent technical skills and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that elevate our brand identity Key Responsibilities Lead and execute creative concepts designs and layouts for marketing campaigns branding social media websites packaging and print materials Collaborate closely with marketing product and development teams to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions Supervise mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure design guidelines are followed Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Stay updated on design trends tools and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas Prepare and present design proposals mood boards and storyboards to stakeholders Qualifications Skills 3 years of professional experience in graphic design agency or corporate setting preferred Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital print branding and motion graphics if applicable Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc and other design tools Strong knowledge of typography color theory composition and layout principles Excellent communication leadership and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Nice to Have Illustration Skills - Hand-drawn or digital illustration to create unique assets icons and visuals Branding Strategy - Experience in brand identity development brand guidelines and storytelling Print Production Expertise - Knowledge of pre-press packaging design and working with vendors printers Creative Direction - Ability to pitch concepts build mood boards and present ideas to clients stakeholders AI Tools Generative Design - Familiarity with AI-based design tools e g Gemini Firefly to enhance creativity What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to lead high-impact creative projects Collaborative and innovative work environment Growth opportunities and professional development opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
