IT Executive Ahmedabad India Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to manage and support all IT-related functions across our construction sites and head office This role includes responsibility for the installation configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware software networks CCTV systems and office automation The ideal candidate will be proactive technically skilled and capable of handling multiple tasks including travel to various sites as needed Roles and Responsibilities Manage all IT-related issues at the head office and multiple construction sites ensuring smooth and secure operations Install configure and maintain IT systems including hardware software servers and networks Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all sites providing both remote and on-site support Install configure and maintain CCTV systems to ensure security at all locations Handle office automation systems ensuring efficient operation and integration with existing IT infrastructure Manage domain and network administration including user accounts permissions and access controls Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring network security and data integrity Coordinate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT and automation equipment Document IT and automation systems and procedures maintaining accurate records of configurations and changes Provide training and support to staff on IT systems office automation and security best practices Ensure compliance with IT policies across all sites Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of prior experience in IT support preferably in a construction or similar industry Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Relevant certifications e g CompTIA A Network Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus Proficient in Windows Linux servers network protocols TCP IP DNS DHCP VPN and CCTV installation configuration maintenance Experienced in office automation domain management Active Directory Group Policies and basic server cloud administration Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willing to travel frequently to various construction sites with a strong customer service orientation Working Conditions Frequent travel to various construction sites as required Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary Role IT Executive Industry Type Engineering Construction Department IT Department Employment Type Full-Time Permanent Education Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Ability to commute relocate Ahmedabad Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your monthly gross salary and expectation What is your notice period in current company Experience IT support 2 years Required Work Location In person
