Job Brief We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping services Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team Assign and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure they are completed to high standards Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment placing orders as needed Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address facility maintenance needs Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in housekeeping operations Schedule and organize staff shifts to meet operational needs Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role Strong leadership and organizational abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cleaning techniques materials and equipment Ability to train and motivate a diverse team Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues professionally Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varied shifts Integrity and a customer-focused mindset High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with housekeeping software and tools is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Work Location In person
