Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Solar Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of solar installation projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities managing installation teams ensuring safety compliance maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely project delivery This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of solar photovoltaic PV systems across residential commercial or utility-scale projects Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the on-site solar installation team Ensure work is performed in accordance with design plans specifications and applicable codes Monitor site progress and provide daily updates and reports to the Project Manager Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and internal teams to maintain workflow Manage and track usage of materials tools and equipment in office Conduct quality inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with technical staff Maintain accurate documentation including site logs incident reports and inspection checklists Liaise with clients local authorities and inspectors as needed Qualifications and Skills Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in solar PV installation or construction supervision Strong knowledge of solar power systems rooftop and or ground-mounted Familiarity with national electrical codes local building regulations and safety standards e g OSHA Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools Certifications such as NABCEP preferred or equivalent are an added advantage Working Conditions Full-time on-site role may involve travel to remote project sites Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and construction environments Must be physically fit and able to work at heights on rooftops or uneven terrain Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowance and site-based incentives Health and safety gear provided Opportunities for training and career advancement Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
