Quality Engineer Offers Validation Core Services QE Role summary As a Quality Engineer in Core Services QE you ll partner with network and systems engineers to understand the end-to-end E2E architecture of engineering platform nodes You ll validate troubleshoot and ensure seamless integration of customer services and Carrier Offers across internal and external partner teams spanning SIM activation through billing charging provisioning and service delivery What you ll do Develop and execute acceptance test plans strategies test cases and scripts for functional integration and E2E testing Validate subscriber provisioning and charging flows end-to-end converged charging broadband charging MBC prepaid EMM roaming MVNE ensure smooth lab-to-operations handoff Provide expert-level diagnostics for platform and interoperability issues impacting services and products Validate and troubleshoot APIs and web services SOAP XML REST JSON Generate mobile test traffic voice data SMS and validate CDR creation Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors engineering and internal teams to triage recent and existing features Deliver daily status updates on priorities risks and deliverables Document and share knowledge using Confluence JIRA Wireshark qTest Manager and similar What you ll bring Proven experience in test design planning execution and validation of applications platforms Strong debugging and problem-solving skills on mobile platforms calm under pressure Hands-on with telecom billing systems e g SAMSON prepaid platforms and telecom protocols Solid understanding of networking and telecom protocols TCP UDP HTTP S SIP DIAMETER LDAP SS7 MSRP tunneling IPv4 IPv6 Proficiency with UNIX Linux Database knowledge SQL MongoDB schema design modeling scalability security Familiarity with IMS and Packet Core e g PCRF GGSN Exposure to cloud DevOps e g Kubernetes Docker Excellent communication skills for requirements design discussions and product validation with technical and non-technical partners Experience with Nokia Ericsson platforms for subscriber provisioning in carrier environments Background in telecom service validation and troubleshooting across billing and provisioning flows Strong grasp of wireless telephony fundamentals and mobile network architectures Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Work Location Remote
