Patient Preparation Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and angiographic procedures Explain the procedure and obtain informed consent as per protocol Ensure pre-procedure checklists including IV lines medication and equipment readiness Assisting During Procedures Assist cardiologists in performing angiograms angioplasties stent placements pacemaker ICD insertions and other interventions Operate Cath Lab imaging systems and hemodynamic monitoring equipment Maintain strict sterile techniques and assist in the draping process Monitoring Safety Continuously monitor patient vitals ECG BP SpO etc during the procedure Assist in administering contrast media and ensure proper handling Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and support resuscitation if required Equipment Instrument Handling Prepare calibrate and operate Cath Lab equipment including X-ray machines injectors and monitoring systems Ensure all consumables catheters wires balloons stents are available and within expiry Perform daily checks and preventive maintenance of machines Post-Procedure Care Assist in patient transfer and monitoring in the recovery area Record procedure details materials used and vitals during and after the procedure Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste and sharps Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate patient records consent forms and procedure reports Support billing and inventory management for Cath Lab procedures Report equipment malfunctions or incidents promptly Compliance Quality Follow hospital protocols NABH JCI guidelines and radiation safety measures Adhere to infection control and biomedical waste management policies Participate in training audits and continuous quality improvement programs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 23 253 72 - 30 292 26 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
