Job description Job Title Senior Developer Team Leader SaaS- Full Stack React NET Location Chennai Experience 5 years Industry SaaS ERP Systems E-commerce Web Applications Service-Based IT About the Company Icube B2B Solutions Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing service-based technology company specializing in delivering robust scalable SaaS solutions with a strong focus on ERP and e-commerce platforms We help businesses digitize and optimize operations through tailored web-based solutions that blend innovation reliability and performance Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient SaaS Team Leader with a strong background in full stack development using React frontend and NET Web API backend The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building and leading teams that deliver ERP-focused SaaS products within a service-based company environment This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise architectural vision and team mentorship You will be responsible for overseeing the design development and delivery of scalable web applications while driving best practices and continuous improvement across your team Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and manage a cross-functional development team in the successful delivery of ERP-related SaaS products Architect and develop scalable maintainable and secure full stack solutions using React NET and Web API Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define clear technical requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables Design and implement RESTful APIs and handle data integration with PostgreSQL databases Write manage and optimize complex PostgreSQL queries to support high-volume transactional systems with a focus on performance indexing and reliability Oversee Linux-based server environments including routine maintenance troubleshooting and optimization using essential command-line tools Define and enforce software engineering standards including code quality documentation version control and deployment readiness Guide the team in applying modern development methodologies and architectural best practices for web and e-commerce applications Promote a high-performance culture through technical mentorship peer code reviews and continuous upskilling Contribute to technical strategy risk mitigation and solution design in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with React NET and Web API Robust expertise in PostgreSQL including query writing performance optimization and database schema design Working knowledge of Linux environments and ability to execute critical server-side operations via command line Experience developing and maintaining large-scale web applications and e-commerce platforms End-to-end experience in building ERP-focused SaaS products Must come from a service-based IT company background Solid understanding of scalable software architecture modular design and secure coding practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and lead technical discussions Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
