Machine Setting Operation Set up CNC-HMC Multi Axis machines as per job requirements Ensure proper loading and setting of tools fixtures and workpieces Read and interpret technical drawings part programs and process sheets Perform first piece inspection and make necessary offsets or adjustments Supervision Incharge Duties Supervise a team of operators and setters to ensure smooth workflow and shift targets Allocate jobs to machines and ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment Monitor daily production output downtime and coordinate with planning and maintenance teams Maintain production logs and shift reports Quality Assurance Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production Coordinate with QC team for in-process and final inspections Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize rework and rejection rates Tool Process Management Plan and maintain tool inventory for smooth operations Collaborate with process engineering for cycle time improvement and cost optimization Ensure proper upkeep of machines and support preventive maintenance activities Safety Compliance Enforce workplace safety rules and housekeeping practices Ensure adherence to company policies ISO standards and 5S practices Cell No (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
